• Used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

📌 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos)

📌 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or promotion (optional: edit as needed)

📌 Shipping Costs
